I spent 15+ years in other people's shops before I opened this one. Repair is the trade; detailing came after it.
No one gets talked down to here
A lot of drivers, women especially, leave a shop not sure what they paid for. I show you the part that failed, tell you what it costs, and you decide.

A breakdown does not have to mean two phone calls. I tow it to the shop myself.

Drop it off, or I tow it in
Pick a day. If it cannot get here under its own power, that is what the tow is for.
If it will not start, I can tow it to the shop.
